Ingredients

  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1 smalldiced onion
  • 3 largetomatoes, chopped
  • 4 ozmushrooms, sliced
  • 2garlic cloves, minced
  • 1fresh basil, torn
  • 1salt & pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat saute pan add olive oil

  2. 2

    Cook onion a few minutes add garlic & tomatoes, saute 5 minutes add mushrooms. Cook 5 - 10 min. Season with salt & pepper. Add basil, reason if needed.
