Ingredients

  1. 1 dozenasparragus
  2. 1 dozenham slices
  3. 100 gramsall-purpose flour
  4. 1 cupmilk
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 1 pinchblack pepper
  7. 1 cupparmesan cheese
  8. 1 stickbutter

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the asparagus in water with salt

    While the asparagus are cooking take a saute and put the butter and milk and ley it cook and Simmer

  3. 3

    While this happens, take a cup of milk and add the flour away from firme and stir well until there are no lumps, after this add it to the sautee with milk and butter

    Mix well all , let it cook for 10min and check in the asparagus and get them out of the water ir they are al dente, not to soft but not toó hard.

    Keep cooking the sauce and stir once in a while it thickens

    Take one or two asparagus and role them into the ham and out them in a pyrex pan. Do this with all of them.

    Take the sauce and pour it in top of the asparagus. Then put the parmesano cheese on top and put it 5 min into the oven on broil.

    Serve while it's hot
