Process:-
1) chatpata sweet potato#
Boil and pell off the sweet potato and cut it into small cubes,in a pan add oil and then sweet potato cubes just to beat fry it add salt and chat masala and it's ready take it off into plate and garnish it with sev.

2)khata mitha papad roll
Take 1papad and cut it into 2equal parts in a pan roast the papad like we roast the kakara's so it can roll in a shape.once the papad is roast with the help of kichen napkin roll it slowly and make the chat,
In a plate take the farshan and 1left roast papad crush it roughly add lemon juice to it with some salt and fill the papad pour some honey for sweetness so that it becomes khata mitha papadroll
