Mash boiled potatoes and peas together and also Add salt, black pepper pwd and lemon juice and coriander leaves to make a dough. Cover the bread with the dough from both sides.

Make smooth batter of ararot by adding black pepper pwd and salt in water. Batter shud not be runny nor thick. Take a pan add refined oil for deep frying and heat the oil....

Dip the prepared bread slices in the ararot batter. Cover the bread in ararot solution then deep fry it till golden brown. Serve with chutney....
