Ingredients

  1. 1 lbMedium noodles
  2. 1 cupOil
  3. 3 grated apples, browned and sprinkled with cinnamon
  4. 6Eggs
  5. 1 cupSugar
  6. 16 ozCan peaches or fruit cocktail
  7. 1 cupRaisins

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil noodles in water until just slightly soft.

  2. 2

    Oil pan

  3. 3

    Mix everything together

  4. 4

    For Passover substitute. 1 lb box of farfel for noodles and increase sugar to 1 cup

  5. 5

    Bake 1 hr. At 360
