Heat oil in pan.

Brown beef in batches to 80% and set aside.

Add garlic, Thai chilies, baby sweet corns, and saute over low heat until garlic becomes slightly brown and the baby corns soften.

Add broccolini and salt and saute until wilted.

Return beef to pan.

Stir in fish sauce, kecap manis, and black pepper.

Toss to combine.

Add additional fish sauce/ kecap manis to taste.

Add basil.

Serve immediately with rice.
