Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupsoaked chana dal
  3. 1 tsp Chilli paste
  4. to taste Salt
  5. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 2 tspGinger garlic paste
  7. Oil for frying
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder

Steps

    Bheegi hui chana daal ko peese usme ginger garlic chilli paste, salt,haldi,lal mirch milaye

    Aate ko pani se goothe fir badi loi banake halka bele and chane ki dal ke masale ko stuff karein and hatho se gujiya shape de(size will be bigger then gujiya)..... is tarah se bache hue aate ko bhi stuff kar ke gujiya shape ke pockets banaye....1 taraf pani boil karein usme in pockets ko daale 7 se 8 mint pakaye and nikale.... aap inhe aise bhi khaa saktein hai

    Oil garam hone rakhe boiled pockets ko round shape me kate crispy hone tak fry karein....mum special fried daal pitha ready....

i m a working women ..... n started cooking after my wedding...... slowly i started liking it ....then inventions came in mind.... now i just love cooking ....when you are working it is difficult to manage a little but after coming from office n making your dinner gives ultimate satisfaction which you can't buy from restaurant ....😊
