Steps

Put meat (if sausage is used break up into small pieces) in pan with onions, garlic, and corn. Add a touch of olive oil to keep from sticking.

In large bowl mix tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, spices, egg, Worcestershire sauce, and cooked rice.

Once meat is fully browned add to sauce mixture.

Stir thoroughly

Chop tops off of bell peppers, remove seeds and insides.

Coat outside of peppers with olive oil and lightly sprinkle with garlic powder.

Place peppers in oiled baking pan

Fill with stuffing and top with cheese until we'll covered.

Place pepper tops back on top of the peppers, oil, then lightly salt and pepper the tops

Bake covered for 40 min at 400°F

Remove tin foil and bake for 10 more mins
