Dice the green peppers, thyme and coriander into small pieces. Also cut the chicken into desired pieces and set aside.

Mix the dry ingredients and marinate the chicken in this mix of spices.

Make a paste using the flour and royco until it is thick and orangish.Add a pinch of salt to taste. Then add thyme,coriander and green peppers to this mix.

Roll the marinated chicken pieces in the paste and set aside.

Pour cooking oil in a sufuria and place over a stove at medium heat until the oil is hot enough.

Deep fry the marinated chicken until golden brown for 10-15 minutes.

Place the chicken on napkins to drain off excess oil and garnish with coriander and thyme. Serve when hot
