10-15 minutes

1 serving

1/2 tspminced garlic
1/2 tspginger powder
1/2 tspsesame oil
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tsppepper
1 blockchicken stock cubes
1 tspvinegar
if you like spicy, add crushed chili or sambal
50 grspaghetti/ fettuccine/ angel hair
1spring onion cut
2 piecesmushroom, sliced
2 piecesmini spring roll
1boiled egg

Boiled the pasta with olive oil and salt until al dente

For the broth: mix all the ingredients at pot with medium fire

Place pasta and topping at the bowl, and pour the broth

Serve while it hot
