In a bowl, add mustard, turmeric, mustard, honey, crushed garlic and chili mix well.

Add the chicken breasts to the bowl mix and stir all around so chicken is covered and leave to marinate for 1 hour.

In a fry pan, wok or skillet, add the oil and heat the oil using a straining spoon, scoop out the chicken (chicken can be chopped or sliced or left whole) and fry in pan turning often for 5 mins.

Add half the marinade and add onions fry for 5 mins

Make a well in the middle and pour in the beer let it fry for 2 mins then mix in add the rest of ingredients including the rest of the marinade and cook for 10 mins.

Lovely on a cold night, you feel it warming you on the inside. Serve with a crispy salad or french fries
