Orange ka Chilka utar kar seeds nikal kar mixi mein grind kar le. Phir ek pan per channi rakh kar chaan le.nikle juice mein chini dal kar boil kar le. jab thick ho jaye to citric acid dal kar mix kar ke thori der baad gas band kar ke kanch ke jar mein ya bowl mein rakh le.Bread per lagakar khaye.
