  2. 2 tbspcorn flour
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. as neededWater
  5. to tasteChilli powder
  6. As neededOil
  7. 1/2 tbspBlack pepper powder
  8. 2Potato (cut potato as shown in the photo)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix water, salt, chilli pow, maida, corn flour, black pepper powder & make a thin mixture.

    Dip potato and deep fry until golden brown in hot oil.

    Blooming potato is ready.
