Ingredients

2-4 servings
  1. 1 lb.Ground chicken
  2. 1 cupcheez it's crackers, crushed
  3. Cooking oil (for frying)
  4. Relish made from:
  5. Roasted corn
  6. Yellow/red bell pepper chopped
  7. White onion, chopped
  8. Roasted jalapeno, finely chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Season meat with salt, pepper, garlivmc powder and onion pepper

  2. 2

    Add 1/2 cup chopped relish to the meat and 1 cup crushed cheez it's.

  3. 3

    Mix well, but do not over mix. Start gently making meatballs and set aside.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a shallow pan and fry the meatballs until golden brown on all sides.

  5. 5

    Drain excess oil on paper towel and finish with a sprinkle of sea salt.

  6. 6

    Enjoy plain, in a sandwich or dip in marinara sauce.
