Rajasthani gatta curry

Cooking Instructions

First we make gatta's. So take gram flour,oil,haldi,garam masala,red chilli powder,salt,and water as per requirement.make a dough.

Make 5-6 roll from dough.

Take a pan or kadhai add water.

Give boil to water and add the roll.

Boil roll an til flowthing on surfes

Don't drain out.se use this water in curry.

Cutt roll in to 1 inch pieces.

Take a pan add 4 tbsp oil and shollw fry the gatta's

Add 4 tbsp oil in in a pan or kadhai add mustard seed

Add onion,chilli and ginger after the pop seed's. Cook an til brown add all spice's and masala's cook for 30 sec.

Add bitten curd

Cook an til oil come on surfes.

Add water (mention in step 6) give boil.

Add gatta and cook for 8-9 mint.

Our gatta curry is ready.garnish with corineder leave and serve with roti/partha
