In a mixing bowl combine, combined breadcrumbs, sirloin(beefs), onions, and eggs. Mix well.

Shape the beef mixture into 8 patties. Let stand while making the mushroom sauce.

in a saucepan, combine soup, liquid seasoning, mushrooms and 1/4 cup reserved mushroom liquid. Heat and simmer until mixture is smooth, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes.

In a large skillet, melt butter and brown the patties 2 or 3 at a time, about 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked to desired doneness. Do not overcrowd patties. Patties will shrink as they cook.

Transfer cooked patties into the individual plates and poor mushroom mixture over patties.
