Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupBreadcrumbs
  2. 1 kgGround Sirloin (beef)
  3. 1Onion, Finely Chopped
  4. 2Eggs, Lightly Beaten
  5. 1305-gram can cream of mushroom
  6. 1/4 tspLiquid seasoning
  7. 1 cupSliced Mushrooms
  8. 3 tbspButter

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl combine, combined breadcrumbs, sirloin(beefs), onions, and eggs. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Shape the beef mixture into 8 patties. Let stand while making the mushroom sauce.

  3. 3

    in a saucepan, combine soup, liquid seasoning, mushrooms and 1/4 cup reserved mushroom liquid. Heat and simmer until mixture is smooth, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes.

  4. 4

    In a large skillet, melt butter and brown the patties 2 or 3 at a time, about 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked to desired doneness. Do not overcrowd patties. Patties will shrink as they cook.

  5. 5

    Transfer cooked patties into the individual plates and poor mushroom mixture over patties.
