Ingredients

50 servings
  • cookies
  • 1 boxchocolate fudge cake mix
  • 1egg
  • 1 packagesmini chocolate chips (morsels)
  • 1 packagescool whip, thawed
  • 1parchment paper lined cookie sheets
  • 1as needed white sugar to roll

Steps

  1. 1

    set oven to 350

  2. 2

    beat egg slightly and mix into cake mix

  3. 3

    fold in thawed cool whip until combined

  4. 4

    add mini chocolate chips

  5. 5

    scoop dough onto 1-2 tsp balls and roll in sugar to coat

  6. 6

    place balls on cookie sheet

  7. 7

    bake in oven for 16-17 minutes

  8. 8

    move to wire rack and let cool completely
