Soak dal for 4 to 5 hours.

Drain the excess water and add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, dhania powder and hing.

Now grind it.

Now take bowl of wheat flour and add this dal pitthi to it to make a dough.

Keep the dough aside but the dough should be little tight.

Now for Aaloo subzi take a wok.

Add ghee, hing and jeera to it..

Now add tomato puree and all the dry masalas including kasuri methi to it.

Stirr it while and add mashed potatoes.

Add water and cover it with the lid..

After 10 mins open the lid and add chopped coriander leaves.

Off the flame.

Now for puris Bedmi take the dough and make small balls of it.

Make the shape of puri.

Deep fry it.

Serve the Bedmi hot with Aaloo subzi and gajar gobhi muli ka atchar.
