Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppeas
  2. 1 cupcabbage chopped
  3. 2carrot chopped
  4. 1 cupcauliflower chopped
  5. 1capsicum chopped
  6. 2Potatoes chopped
  7. 2tomatoes chopped
  8. 1Onion chopped
  9. 1/2 cuptomato puree
  10. 1 tspginger-garlic paste
  11. 2green chillies chopped
  12. 2-3 tspCoriander leaves chopped
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. 1 tspchilli powder
  15. 1 tspdhaniya powder
  16. 1/4 tsphaldi powder
  17. 1 tspamchur powder / Lemon juice
  18. 1 tspgaram masala
  19. 1 tsppav bhaji masala
  20. as neededOil
  21. 1 tspHing rai Zeera
  22. 1/2 cupamul butter

Cooking Instructions

    Sabhi veggies ko achhe se wash karein or cooker m sabhi vegetables m haldi salt mix kar ke 2_3 whistle lagaye. Peas ko separate. Boil krna hai.

    Steam release hone par achhe se mash karein.matar mash nahi krni.

    Karahi m oil garam hone par hing Zeera rai bhune. Ginger garlic paste or Onion ko 2 min saute karein.add tomato and all masale.Mix well.Add tomato puree.Mix well.

    Add mashed vegetables and green chilli.Mix well.gas sim kar ke 30 min tak cover kar ke cook karein.beech m chlate rahein.add peas.mix well.

    Add butter and garnish with coriander leaves.

    Garma garam bhaji Pav ke sath serve karein.bhaji ko sim gas p jitna pkayenge utni Tasty bnegi.

    2 dry red chilli,1/4 methi dana,

    1 small stick dalchini,2 cloves

    1 tsp Zeera or saunf

    Sabhi khade masalo ko karahi m bhun le or mixy m barik pees le.Air tight container m rakhein.
