For stuffing- first tak a pan, put 2 tsp oil/ ghee and saute cumin seeds, green chilli and chopped onion cook for 6- 7 minutes, and add the mashed potatoes and all dry ingredients mix very well.

Now tak a shallow pan and put oil for deep fry at medium flame.

Now tak a water bowl, dip a bread slices in it and then squeeze it properly now put 1 full spoon of potato mixture and mak roll with your Palm.

Make all rolls like this and then deep fry till golden brown. Serve hot with coriander chutney and tomato sauce.
