Ingredients

  1. 1 mediumBanana
  2. 1 tspBaking powder
  3. 3/4 cupEgg whites
  4. 1/2 tspVanilla extract
  5. 3/4 cupQuaker dry rolled oats

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the rolled oats into a food processor and blend them until they resemble chunky flour

  2. 2

    Add all of the other ingredients and blend them until it is a pancake batter consistency

  3. 3

    Pour onto a skillet or pan in four equal parts

  4. 4

    Cook as regular pancakes

  5. 5

    You can also add strawberry halves or half of a banana as a topping

  6. 6

    Nutritional information per serving (1 serving = 2 pancakes)
    Carbs- 37.2g
    Fat- 1.1g
    Protein- 14g
    Calories- 206.7
