Ingredients

  1. 1 tspgarlic powder or 1 clove
  2. 1 tspeveryday seasoning
  3. 1 tspcurry powder
  4. 6 cupwater
  5. 1 eachchipotle chili or 1 cube chipotle flavoring
  6. 2 tspcilantro or 1 cube cilantro flavoring
  7. 2 cupof vegetable broth or 1 cube of vegetable bouillon cube
  8. 2 tbspvegetable oil
  9. 2eggs
  10. 1 envelopeMatzo Ball Mix
  11. 1 packagesstew vegetables
  12. 1 packagesmixed vegetables

  1. 1

    Bring water to a boil add chipotle , cilantro and vegetable broth.Then simmer.

  2. 2

    Mix Matzo Ball mix , break two eggs into a bowl then add the oil mix with a fork until all powder is coated put into refrigerator for 15 minutes until chilled.

  3. 3

    Put the mixed and stew vegetables into the broth while still at the simmer.

  4. 4

    After 15 minutes bring broth and vegetables back to a boil. Make small balls out of the Matzo meal.

  5. 5

    When broth is boiling then put the balls into the broth. Then return to a simmer for twenty minutes. A hint don't make the meal balls too big because they will grow in size.

  6. 6

    Adjust the ingredients to your liking and then enjoy.
