Ingredients

  • 1 tbspVegetable Oil
  • 4Pork Chops (I used boneless loin, any will do)
  • 1 canTomato Soup
  • 1 tbspPacked Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbspWorcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tbspApple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tspLiquid Smoke
  • 1/2 cupOnion Diced
  • 1/2 tspGarlic Powder
  • Black Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in large skillet. Add the pork Chops and cook until lightly browned.

  2. 2

    Meanwhile in a bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients.

  3. 3

    Pour over pork chops. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer (spooning sauce over chops once in a while) for about 20-25 minutes or until done. Enjoy!
