Dahi Paneer
My favourite vegetarian recipe made of curd
Steps

At first marinate the paneer cubes with salt and turmeric.

Heat a pan and add oil.

Tamper the whole jeera, garam masala,and whole dry red chilli.

Add onion and fry till it becomes translucent.
- 5
Add ginger garlic paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder.
- 6
Add tomato and red chilli and cover till it becomes tender.
- 7
Finally add paneer cubes and sugar and mix well.
- 8
Dahi paneer is ready and serve it with slited green chilli and serve.
