Ingredients

3 - 4 servings
  • 4Boiled Eggs
  • 1 cupCoriander Paste
  • 1 tbspGreen chilli paste
  • 1 tspTurmeric
  • 1/2 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 tbspGaram masala
  • 1 tbspBlack pepper powder
  • 1 tbspCoriander and cumin powder
  • 1 tspLemon juice
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1 tbspButter

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Slice boiled eggs.

  2. 2

    In a pan take oil and butter. Add coriander paste to it. Saute for 2 - 3 mins.

  3. 3

    Add all the spices. Then add 1tsp water to it.

  4. 4

    Now add boiled eggs to it. Cook for another 5 mins.

  5. 5

    Add lemon juice and cook for 1 min.
