  1. 1 bunchkale, sliced thin rib removed
  2. 2chicken breasts chopped thinly
  3. 1red bell pepper. chopped
  4. 1 largered onion, diced
  5. 1 tbspground cumin
  6. cupsalsa
  7. 1 tbspoil
  8. cupmexi cheese
  9. tortillas , wheat

  1. 1

    Add oil to a large pan. Add onions.

    Add chicken. Cook until no longer pink. Add bell peppers and cumin.

    Add kale. Cook a couple minutes. Stirring often.

    Spray a pan. add tortilla, cheese,chicken mix, then salsa. Fold tortilla and flip when cooked on one side.
