  • 1 bunchkale, sliced thin rib removed
  • 2chicken breasts chopped thinly
  • 1red bell pepper. chopped
  • 1 largered onion, diced
  • 1 tbspground cumin
  • cupsalsa
  • 1 tbspoil
  • cupmexi cheese
  • tortillas , wheat

    Add oil to a large pan. Add onions.

    Add chicken. Cook until no longer pink. Add bell peppers and cumin.

    Add kale. Cook a couple minutes. Stirring often.

    Spray a pan. add tortilla, cheese,chicken mix, then salsa. Fold tortilla and flip when cooked on one side.
