Colourful Instant Kharwas
Kharwas is a traditional Indian receipe.It is made from colostrums milk.but it is not available easily everywhere .We can make it by adding cardamom powder and jaggery to colostrums milk.But as we have availability problem today we are making Instant Kharwas without colostrums milk.and that is too with little twist .We are adding food colour to it and makin it colourful.

1. Take hung curd,milkmade and milk and corn flour in a bowl.Beat the mix it well as there should not b any lumps.Add cardamom power to it.

Now separate the mixture in four bowl,add colour as per your choice in each bowl,mix it well.

Now place idli cooker on gas with 2 cup of water in it.Place a bowl in it and on top of it keep a plate.Now keep your bowl on plate and let it steam for 40 minutes on medium flame

After 40 minutes remove lid and place knife in it if u e knife is cleare it means u r Colourful kharwas is ready.
