Fish curry with tomato and herbs

Ingredients

  1. 3 piecefish
  2. 2tomato
  3. 1panch herb
  4. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  5. 1 tbspturmeric powder
  6. 4-5chilli chopped
  7. 1 tbspCummin seeds
  8. 1onion (slice)
  9. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the fish and drain out the water.

  2. 2

    Wash the herbs and chopped it.

  3. 3

    Chopped the tomato

  4. 4

    Heat the pan and roast the Cummin seeds.

  5. 5

    Add the vegetables and stir slowly.

  6. 6

    Add the ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder and salt.

  7. 7

    Stir continuously untill the tomatos became tender.

  8. 8

    Now add the fish and stir slowly.

  9. 9

    Add some water as required.

  10. 10

    Add chilli and cover with a lid.

  11. 11

    Cook for 10th minutes on low flame.

    After 10 minutes the water gets little beat dry.

  13. 13

    Garnish with roasted coriander powder and pepper corns.
