Oats are loaded dietary fiber more than any other grain.. It can be ur breakfast or dinner.. Usually I hv it in dinner.. Light n healthy.
Steps

Heat a heavy bottom pan.. Dry roast Oats in pan for two minutes.. Keep aside.

Heat butter in pan.. Add cumin seeds.. Let it fry.. Now add chopped garlic.. Let it pink colour. Stir continuously.

Now add chopped onion.. Let it transparent.. Add ginger and tomato chopped..Green chilli too.. Add salt.. Cook it for next two minutes.

Now add chopped carrot, capsicum n bell peppers.. Let it half done..

Add dry roast Oats.. Mix well.. Add water.. Black pepper.. Cook till oats done..

Off gas. Sprinkle cilantro n Cucumber.. U can add any type of sauce..
