Dry roast the Ragi flour

Put off the gas and add the jaggery powder and roast some more.

Add in the almonds and put off the gas once you notice the jaggery melting. Care must be taken to not to melt the jaggery completely or else it becomes hard

Add the nuts and heated oil and mix well.

Form the rounds and the laddos are ready.
