Ingredients

  1. 500 gmBoneless poulet
  2. 180 gmCashew paste
  3. 50 gmButter
  4. Seasoning- according taste
  5. 40 gmHang curd
  6. 18 gmKhoya
  7. 1 pinchCardamom powder
  8. 5 gmGinger/garlic paste
  9. pinchWhole spices
  10. 1 Egg for Egg white
  11. As neededLemon wedges
  12. 5 gmCream
  13. 2 gmHoney

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a fresh poulet

  2. 2

    Washed and marinated with hang curd,ginger garlic paste,cream, khoya seasoning,little beat sugar,

    Keep in frezze for 30 mint.meat will absorb aroma from natural ingredients.

  4. 4

    Take iron skewers.

  5. 5

    Take in care to meat with skewers.

  6. 6

    Temperature must correct of clay oven.

  7. 7

    Put in clay oven for 4 mint it will be first stage for boneless poulet.

  8. 8

    After rest to poulet. Then put in clay oven secondly stage for 8 mint.

  9. 9

    When flesh will be tender.

  10. 10

    Do basting by egg white,butter.

  11. 11

    Accompaniment mint sauce,curd garlic sauce, tomato sauce.with lemon wedges,green chillies,onion rings,lettuce.

    Serving point hot...

    Garnishing by honey....
