I have had great affection for the Crevette since we started serving Paella in the restaurant. My partner unfortunately hasn't got a taste for prawns and she hates eating anything that has eyes so the following recipe is for the lonesome diner.

I have had great affection for the Crevette since we started serving Paella in the restaurant. My partner unfortunately hasn't got a taste for prawns and she hates eating anything that has eyes so the following recipe is for the lonesome diner.
Steps

Dice your onions and slice your mushrooms.

Add 1 Pint of salted water to a pan and boil.
- 3
Once boiling add the spaghetti and boil for 12-15 mins.

Whilst the spaghetti is boiling add the olive oil to a wok or frying pan and wait until the oil is hot.

Once hot add the mushrooms and onions to the wok and toss.

Add the Crevettes to the wok and toss.

Add the chillies, pepper and garlic to the wok and toss every two minutes for ten minutes.

Drain the water from the spaghetti.

Remove the Crevettes from the Wok and add the spaghetti. Toss then put the contents into the centre of a plate.

Arrange the Crevettes around the edge of the Spaghetti.

Optional. Top with a small amount of cheese and chives.
