Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1 lbSeitan sliced into strips
  2. 1/2onion sliced into half rounds
  3. 8 ozmushrooms sliced
  4. 1Bell pepper seeded and sliced
  5. 2carrots sliced
  6. 2celery stalks sliced
  7. 1 canwater chestnuts drained
  8. 1 clovegarlic minced or pressed
  9. 2 tbspLow sodium tamari and 1 tablespoon brown sugar combined
  10. 3 cupCooked brown rice
  11. 1 bunchBasil for garnish rinced and slice

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a large sprayed skillet or wok for three minutes

  2. 2

    Add the first nine ingredients in the order listed for one minute after each addition

  3. 3

    Serve warm over rice garnish with basil
