Ingredients

  • 1 cupmoong dhuli dal
  • 1 tbspchane ki dal
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 1small piece of ginger grated
  • 1 tspcoriander leaves chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • 1/2 tspdhaniya powder
  • 1/4 tsphaldi powder
  • 1/2 tspamchur powder/Lemon juice
  • 1/2. tsp garam masala
  • 2 clovesHing zeera

Steps

  1. 1

    Dono dalo ko wash karein. Cooker m haldi or salt mix kar ke pani dal kar daal m 1 whistle lagaye.

  2. 2

    Fry pan m without oil hing zeera roast karein.1 tbsp pani dal kar tomato, green chilli or ginger ko soft hone tak cook karein

  3. 3

    Sare masale mix kar ke 2 min cook karein.daal mix karein.

  4. 4

    Coriander leaves se garnish karein or chapati ya paranthe ke sath serve karein.
