    Aloo ko mash Karke maida Namak dalkar mix karein

    Paneer ko Mash karein isme Namak mirch dale

    Aalu ka ek chota portion leker usme paneer fill karein aur band karte huye Kofta Banaye

    Garam Paani Mein in Kofta ko 5 -7minute ubale

    Pyaj Tamatar,adrak,Pani Mein ubal kar mixi me pees le

    Kadahi me pisa masala dalke 2-minute bhune

    Lal mirch,namak,garam masala dale

    Dahi dalke hilaye

    Kofte dale,kasuri methi dalke serve karein
