Ingredients

  1. 300 gmfresh Parwal
  2. 2medium size tomatoes (apple Tomato)
  3. 1larger Onion cut in 1" square shape
  4. 2green chilies slit
  5. 1 tspgrated Ginger
  6. 1/3 tspOregano and Basil hetbs
  7. 1/2 tspKashmiri chilli powder
  8. 1/3 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1/3 tspzeera powder
  10. 1 pinchRuchi curry powder
  11. 1 tsproasted Oats flour
  12. Salt as required

Steps

  1. 1

    First clean, wash, and cut Parwal in 1"round shape.

    In a microwave safe bowl, combine Parwal, turmeric powder and chilli powder and mix properly.

    After a beat cool mix chopped green chilli, tomatoes and onions to. Again mix and cook in the microwave oven for 2 minutes.

    Heat a deep pan and add the cooked Parwal to pan. There will be some water left with cooked curry. Mix the herbs.

    Now add the dry masala and grated Ginger. Cook in low medium flame till the remaining water evaporated.

    Mix the roasted Oats flour in 1 tbsp water and add to Curry to get the gravy of your required consistency.

    The delicious Parwal Curry is ready to serve. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
