In a kadai add oil when oil heats add hing rai jeera half cup chopped coriander and stirr add little haldi

Add chopped onions and stirr. When turns translucent add dry masalas and salt cover and cook.

Cut the Suran cube size and set aside in salt water.

When oil starts separating from onions add chopped tomatoes and cover. When all mixture cooks well add cut Suran pieces into it. Add little water and cover.

Cover and cook until Suran gets soft. Add kokum petals and chopped coriander when done.
