    Subse pehle moong ko wash kar ke 5 ghante bhigo ke rakh do

    Ab usme se pani nicalker ek bowl mein ek napkin bhigo ke usme moong dal kar dakh kar 5ghante rakh do.uske baad vo sprout ho gaye.

    Ab ek kadai lo aur usme jeera saute karo

    Ab ye paste ko cooker mein dalo aur 5 minute cook karo

    Uske baad sprout moong ko mix kar ke water add karo sir 2 citi bajne do.
