Cut the paneer into small cubes.Keep soaked in warm water for an hour

Mix together curd and besan and beat up well.

In a karai toast together mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Add the beaten mixture of curd and besan to it and stir continuously adding a little water salt and sugar.
- 5
Allow the mixture to thicken adding chopped green chillies
- 6
Gradually add the paneer cubes into the karai and gently turn the content up and down.Remove from the flame and serve with rice.
