Ingredients

  • 250 gmspaneer cut into thin slices
  • 150 gmsBesan
  • to tasteSalt
  • PinchHaldi
  • pinchRed chilli powder
  • As neededOil for frying
  • as needed Little chaat masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Sprinkle chaat masala on paneer pieces

  2. 2

    In a big bowl add

  3. 3

    Besan add salt haldi red chilli powder

  4. 4

    Add required amt of water to make pakoda batter

  5. 5

    Add 1tsp warm oul and mix nicely

  6. 6

    Heat oil in kadai

  7. 7

    Dip paneer pieces in batter and fry till golden colour

  8. 8

    Serve hot with Sauce and green chutney
