1yam per person skined and cut in large chunks
1 tbspcinnamon sugar per yam
1/2 tspbutter per yam

pre heat oven to 350' ,arrange chunked yams in baking dish sprinkle cinnamon sugar all over yam surfaces then add spoon fulls of butter on top spacing them out.

cover with foil and cook in oven st 350' f until nice and tender.
