  • 8 cupWater
  • 2 tspCinnamon
  • 1 tspMinced Ginger Root

    Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Strain and enjoy. You can add honey to taste. I tried a splash of almond milk and it was good.
