Ingredients

8 servings
  • 4 lbStew Beef
  • 3 eachOnion; medium sized and sliced
  • 1 cupMushrooms; sliced
  • 2 canCream of Mushroom Soup
  • 5 eachCelery Stalks; chopped
  • 8 ozWhole Milk
  • 1 lbEgg noodles; cooked
  • 1 dashSalt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 smallamount of Paprika
  • 1 smallamount of Butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Pan fry beef in a BIG pan/ wok add a little butter and sprinkle with paprika while browning.

  2. 2

    Add onions, mushrooms and soup to the pan.

  3. 3

    Simmer about 45 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add egg noodles and coat well with sauce.

  5. 5

    Serve Hot!
