Mix all ingredients for coating and make stiff dough

Keep it in air tight bowl and keep it aside.

Now mix all filling ingredients and keep it aside.

Now take one on stick baking dish.

Roll mini Puri with prepared dough.

Fill one spoon coconut mix.

Seal it and give Gujiya shape.

Now bake it in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at 180°c.
