Ingredients

  1. For coating-
  2. 250 gmAll purpose flour
  3. 1 pinchSalt
  4. as neededWarm water for kneading stiff dough
  5. For filling :
  6. 1 tbspDry roasted crushed cashews
  7. 1/2 cupDry coconut powder
  8. 1/2 cupSugar powder
  9. 1/2 cupGrated coconut
  10. 1 tspCardamom powder

Steps

    Mix all ingredients for coating and make stiff dough

  2. 2

    Keep it in air tight bowl and keep it aside.

  3. 3

    Now mix all filling ingredients and keep it aside.

  4. 4

    Now take one on stick baking dish.

  5. 5

    Roll mini Puri with prepared dough.

  6. 6

    Fill one spoon coconut mix.

  7. 7

    Seal it and give Gujiya shape.

  8. 8

    Now bake it in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at 180°c.
