Ingredients

3 servings
  • 250 gpishori rice
  • Ground Pilau masala
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 200 gchopped beef
  • 1grated garlic clove
  • 1chopped onion
  • Branchbroccoli
  • 2carrots, sliced
  • Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the beef till tender then drain the water. Fry onions and garlic with oil till golden brown.

  2. 2

    Add boiled beef then fry till brown and add the Pilau masala

  3. 3

    Continue frying till the aroma fills the house. Then add water which is twice the rice.

  4. 4

    Add the rice then salt and cook for 5 minutes under high heat then turn to low heat. Cover to cook

  5. 5

    After it is ready branch the broccoli and carrots together. Then serve hot with Pilau.
