  1. 1 canGarbanzo beans (14oz)
  2. 1Roasted Red Bell Pepper
  3. 1 tbspLemon Juice
  4. 2Garlic Cloves
  5. 1 tspSea salt
  6. 1 tspPaprika
  7. 1/8 cupof water
  8. 1 tspChili flakes

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

  2. 2

    Scrape down sides of food processor to get all lumps.

  3. 3

    Split filling 4 ways into whole pita or serve as a dip/spread.
