My favorite meal is alfredo, of any kind lol and i really love the way my mom makes her alfredo sauce but my aunts is really good too. So I mixed N matched both recipes and got a delicious outcome!

Ingredients

1 packagesnoodles (I use penne)
1 packagesmushrooms
1/2onion, chopped
1/2 lbshrimp
1 canclams
1 canbay scallops or white crab meat
1 cancream of mushroom soup
1 pintsheavy cream
1 packagesshredded parmesan cheese
1 tbspbutter
3 tbspgarlic
4 tbspvegetable oil

Steps

In oil saute mushrooms, onions, and garlic until tender.

Drain cans of seafood. Add all the seafood and cook until shrimp is pink.

Stir in heavy cream, cream of mushroom soup, 1 TBS butter, and parmesan cheese. Cook down and let simmer.

Cook and drain noodles. Mix together or pour sauce over noodles as desired.
