Steps

Grind onion,garlic,ginger and tomatoes make a paste.

Take a nonstick pan add cumin seeds and vadi roast them properly in slow gas.

Now add soya chunks,potatoes and cauliflower mix it well.

Now add grinded paste and all the powdered masala and salt with help of little water mix it well and cover it for 10 mins in slow gas.

Now open the lid and garnish with coriander leaves your yummy sukhi sabji is ready.
