Cut and blanch the Gobhi in boil water and then drain in cold water

Take a pan put ginger, garlic and green chilli and roast it and crushed it keep aside

Take a cooker put cumin seeds and roasted and crushed garlic ginger or chilli mixture stire it Now add chopped tomato stire it

Now red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder and add Dahi stire well

Now add kasuri methi and gobhi add salt stire well and close the cooker and take 1 whistle

Now open the cooker and cook simmer for few minutes and sprinkle pepper powder

Gobhi dahi masala is ready

Garnish with chopped coriander and dry coriander leaves
